A reading that was wrong or upsetting

Use the report option under the reply. It sends us the reply and your note. Tick the box if you also want us to see the conversation, which makes most problems much easier to fix.

Deleting things

• One conversation: in the sidebar, press the bin icon beside it (on a computer it appears when you hover over the conversation), then confirm.
• Your whole account: Settings, then Delete account. This removes your account, conversations and profile. It does not cancel a subscription, so cancel that first.

Billing

Manage or cancel a subscription from the account menu: Subscription, then Manage subscription. For anything about a charge, write to us from the email address on your account.

The ChatGPT plugin

The plugin needs no account with us. To stop using it, remove Connection Decoder from your plugins in ChatGPT's settings. Your conversations there are managed in ChatGPT, not by us.
